Mark arrived to evaluate my ageing air conditioner unit. Mark explained the costs and options and I agreed for him to continue. Marks diagnosis identified a leak and recommended replacement as repair would offer limited warranty with the worry of future failure. I agreed and we agreed on a price with a deposit up front. Installation will be in a week or so. Mark asked if I had any other electrical concerns? I said I had been considering upgrading to compliant smoke alarms. Mark offered he had time and got to work installing and testing the new units. Mark was excellent to deal with, I am very happy with the result.

Very happy to recommend All Access Electrical GC. Aiden was on time, very courteous and explained requirements with new smoke alarms and updating the house electrical board for compliance.First point of contact with the company was also helpful, courteous and fitted in timing of appointments with ease.

Beau and Seb arrived on time and completed all work as specified to the switchboard as well as 7 smoke alarm installations. They were both courteous and professional throughout and ensured I was conversant with all aspects of their work before leaving.I highly recommend them both for their attitude and work ethic. All Access Electrical did a great job for me. They contacted me regarding the time to expect the electrician and he was on time. Patrick who did the installation was so very polite and professional. He worked hard and advised me where my alarms weren’t compliant and fixed the problem. I don’t often write reviews but a great job with a friendly tradesman needs to be applauded. Highly recommend.

Just had Josh from All Access Electrical replace our C-Bus system in our apartment. He was fantastic from start to finish, great tradesman, punctual, very tidy and a great bloke. We are very happy to have found him and will gladly get him back if we need any electrical work done. We totally recommend Josh for your electrical needs.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I can't recommend All Access Electrical highly enough.After an emergency situation, I contacted them around 9pm the night before. They immediately rearranged their schedule and moved jobs around to make sure they were on-site at 7:30am the next morning to assess the situation, come up with a game plan, and get straight to work.The two lads who attended were professional, respectful, genuine and easy to deal with from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly and worked with us to find a practical solution that suited our budget.We couldn't afford the upgraded option that was originally suggested, but instead of pushing us into something we couldn't afford, they found a safe and cost-effective way to get everything back up and running. Their willingness to help and work with us was greatly appreciated.The quality of their work was excellent, they communicated well throughout the job, and everything was completed in a very reasonable timeframe and at a fair price.It's rare these days to find tradies who genuinely care about helping people, but that's exactly the experience we had. Massive thanks to the team – 100% five-star service and I would highly recommend All Access Electrical to anyone.

Today we had 2 really good ladies fix our electrical problem. Jaymie and Lizzie were excellent. Very thorough and kept me updated. They also went to the supplier to get the part and came back and fixed it. They also found a stray dog on our street and we all walked the streets for a good 30 minutes to try to find the owner. In the end the ladies took the dog to the local vet to try to identify the owner. First class service. 10 stars.

Title: **Highly Professional and Meticulous Service!**I recently had Isaac and Aiden out to handle some electrical upgrades, and I couldn't be more impressed with their work. They converted several single outlets to doubles, installed entirely new double plug points, and resolved a frustrating data point connection issue that had been bothering us.From the start, they provided a very clear explanation of exactly how the works would be carried out. What really stood out was the level of care they took with our home; they were extremely mindful of our personal items, moving and protecting our TVs and wall pictures before starting any drilling or wiring.Once the job was finished, they didn't leave a speck of dust behind. They cleaned up and removed all debris caused by the installation, leaving the area exactly as they found it. To top it off, they took the time to provide professional advice and clear explanations regarding some potential future projects we inquired about.If you want electricians who are skilled, respectful, and tidy, I highly recommend Isaac and Aiden. Five stars!

Isaac did another great job upgrading lighting at our house. On time, professional, friendly and cleans up! Thanks mate.So, some months later, Beau has come and upgraded our switchboard. As usual for this team, professional and with safety uppermost. I wouldn’t use anyone else but All Access.Again, the guys installed a charger for my new EV (!) a couple of weeks ago - nice job by Isaac and Beau, and a brilliant troubleshooting effort yesterday by Josh, who came over straight away and got my charger happening. Cannot fault the service - thanks guys!

Beau called to quote on replacing light fittings in my apartment. He had given me a satisfactory estimate of the work involved & proceeded to install the new lights on the same day. Process was trouble free & the explained the procedure to my satisfaction. Work was done that day & looks great. Price also was fair & clean up also very satisfactory.
